Order Form

Customers who do not wish to place their order online may use our order form by clicking on the link below. Once you click on the link, simply print the file and write down your order. (The file is '.pdf' on Adobe Acrobat). Whenever applicable, always mention the size (e.g 2.5mm, 5mm, 3''x4'', etc) and colour (silver plated, aqua blue, red, etc) 

Send the order form to Just Beads, Unit 10, Clock House Farm, Lea Road, Lea, Preston PR4 0RA, together with your payment. (GBP Cheques and postal orders are payable to Just Beads).

Orders received by post are processed within 48 hours of receiving the order, or when payment clears for new customers.
