The shop on Salter Street is closed Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.

No minimum order. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT at 17.5% (except books which are zero rated). 

POSTAGE CHARGES

Rates for the UK:
Order value up to £ 5.00 = £0.99
Order value up to £15.00 = £1.49
Order value up to £30.00 = £1.99
Order value over £30.00 = FREE

Orders within the UK are sent by Royal Mail first class post. Orders over £30.00 in value may be sent by recorded delivery at our discretion. Customers can provide an alternative delivery address at checkout if they wish. If you miss the delivery, Royal Mail will keep the parcel at your local depot for 1 week or you can ask them to send it to your local post office for a fee. Orders over £50 are all upgraded to Business Post Next Day delivery and a signature will be required upon delivery.

You may add a note in the comments box for the postman or delivery driver such as ''please leave with neighbour if no answer'', etc.

Courier service for UK customers:
For UK customers only: If you wish that your order is sent next day (Business Post), please choose the option at checkout for Next Day Courier (No delivery on Saturday/Sunday). Cost is a flat fee of £4.00 per order. Someone must be in at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. This is ideal for customers who have deadlines to meet. This service must be booked before 1pm weekdays for same day despatch, although sometimes we can extend this. If you make a purchase after 2pm, and request next day delivery, your order will be sent the following working day. Saturday delivery can be booked at a cost of £7 at checkout.

Rates for EU Countries (excluding Malta & Greece):
- Order value up to £10.00, P&P cost £1.99 (normal post)
- Order value up £50.00, P&P cost £5.50 - recorded delivery. A courier service may be used for large or heavy orders.
- Order value up £100.00, P&P cost £6.50 - recorded delivery. A courier service may be used for large or heavy orders.
- Order value over £100.01, P&P cost £7.50 - recorded delivery. A courier service may be used for large or heavy orders.

Rates for Rest of the World (including Malta & Greece):
- Order value up to £25.00, P&P cost £6.50 - recorded delivery. A courier service may be used for large or heavy orders
- Order value up £50.00, P&P cost £8.50 - recorded delivery. A courier service may be used for large or heavy orders.
- Order value up £100.00, P&P cost £10.00 - recorded delivery. A courier service may be used for large or heavy orders.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if the postage is over twice that paid by the customer.

For prices in Euros, please select the option in the currency box on the left hand side of the screen. We update the exchange rate regularly and you may notice a difference in prices from one invoice to the next, should you choose to pay in Euros.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- Debit or Credit card on our secure server using SagePay (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Electron, including Lazer/Maestro Irish debit card),
- Paypal,
- GBP Cheque or postal order by post made payable to Just Beads Ltd / Payment by card over the telephone on 01772 978029
- American Express: we can only take this card for payment over the phone. Please choose payment over the telephone at checkout and call us with your card details.

In all cases, please ensure you tick the correct box for the payment chosen.

Despatch
We despatch orders every weekday. We aim to despatch items within 24 hours, often same day if ordered by 1pm. The next day service for the UK has priority on all orders. Please ensure the delivery address is complete and correct as we are unable to re-send an order not delivered if the address provided is incorrect.

Returns
We offer a no quibble returns guarantee. If you are not happy with some of the items or made an error, and wish to return them, please get in touch. As per the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), we can either give you a refund or a credit note, or replace the goods by others to the same value. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods except when faulty/damaged or if we made an error. No refund can be processed until the goods are received by us. Back Orders
If any item is marked out of stock at checkout and you choose to purchase them, the back order will be sent within 2 to 3 weeks depending on our schedule of deliveries. However, we keep the right to refund the item(s) if we expect the delivery to take longer or if the value of the items out of stock is below £1.00.
