Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as it governs the relationship between us and you and limits our liability to you when you purchase products from us. By accepting these terms and conditions you are forming a contract with us and agreeing to the terms and conditions that appear below. References to “you” and “your” are to you as an individual. References to “us”, “our” and “we” are to Just Beads.

All prices on the website are in GBP (£) and include VAT at the current rate.

SALE OF PRODUCTS
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is not an acceptance of the order nor is it a confirmation of our offer to sell. An orders is deemed to be an offer by the customer to purchase items on our website and  and is subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept an order for any reason. Payment of any order is required before it is despatched.You must ensure that your personal details, including the address for delivery, are complete and accurate. If the address is wrongly input and the goods are consequently undeliverable and returned to us, you will be charged postage again for us to re-send your order.
We reserve the right to alter or withdraw products given on this website at any time.
We shall endeavour that all orders are met. We do not, however, guarantee the availability of any product at any time. If you purchase items clearly marked ''out of stock'', you accept that it may take an average of 2 to 3 weeks for these items to be despatched.
You acknowledge that sometimes products may be withdrawn or discontinued. We shall make every effort to update the website at all times. 
All prices include VAT at 17.5%, books and magazines are zero rated. VAT is deducted for customers of Channel Islands and outside the EU. The delivery address must be in these countries otherwise the VAT will be added. 

DELIVERY
Delivery costs are clearly displayed before finalising your order. We may change these from time to time as and when Royal Mail increases their prices once a year. Delivery of the products shall take place at the delivery address entered on your order. We use Royal Mail for most UK orders and Royal Mail Special Delivery next day for orders overs above £50 (UK customers). The customer may pay extra for the courier service if they wish - an option is given at checkout. Orders made by customers outside the UK are despatched normal post under £10 or by recorded delivery which will require a signature upon delivery for order over £15. Please ensure the delivery address is complete and correct as we are unable to re-send an order not delivered if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed between you and us, the price for the products shall be the price advertised upon your login on the website as published on the date of the order. All prices include VAT at 17.5%, books and magazines are zero rated. VAT is deducted for customers of Channel Islands and outside the EU. The delivery address must be in these countries otherwise the VAT will be added. (VAT no. 902 4109 68). Postage and packaging is added to your order at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
In the event that any order is incorrect, the customer must notify us within 7 (seven) days after delivery. We abide by the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). If we made a mistake or if the product is faulty or damaged, the product shall be returned to us at our cost (first class or first class recorded). Upon receipt, we will send a replacement at our own cost.  If you wish to return an item for any other reason (unwanted, not as you thought, changed your mind), please put this in writing to us indicating the invoice number. In this circumstance, the customer agrees to pay for the postage to return the goods to us as per the DSR. This cost shall not be refunded. If a refund is due, the refund or a credit note (coupon code redeemable on our website) will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s) to the cost of the goods returned. Items must be returned as ''re-sellable'', i.e. unopened, not damaged and with the correct quantities.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may cancel your order within 7 (seven) days from the day the customer has received the goods. For the refund to be processed, you must first inform us in writing and return the goods to us as soon as possible. Postage will not be refunded.

PRIVACY
We shall never share or sell your details to anyone. Your details are used purely to process your orders, and to send our newsletter if you have chosen  to susbcribe. All information that you provide about yourself to us shall be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The agreement between you and us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you and we shall both submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
